Loan Supervisor (Montego Bay)

JOB SUMMARY
The position of Loan Supervisor performs direct supervisory duties of department staff, coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of the department, and is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of servicing loans. Manage the daily activities of the branch and ensures that department activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision within the department; and provides a high level of customer relations and service.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the Loan Servicing Department
  • Ensures accurate and timely servicing of the company’s loan portfolio
  • Oversees the production of loan documentation
  • Servicing and closing of all loans
  • Ensures loans and agreements comply with local legislation, and the company’s policies and procedures;
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 3 years of proven working experience as a Loan Supervisor
  • Proven Micro- Financing Experience (must)

  • Familiarity with computers and loan applications/software
  • Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
  • Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
  • Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
  • Bachelors Degree in related field

Loan Officer (Montego Bay)

JOB SUMMARY
To act on behalf of the company to evaluate and recommend for approval, loan applications for clients. Act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits for Personal Loans.
  • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
  • Use authorized rations and metrics to set up debt payment plans
  • Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
  • Justify decisions (approvals) and report on them
  • Refer applications with lacking criteria for management review and approval decisions
  • Complete loan contracts
  • Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
  • Maintain and update account records
  • Submit adequate loan applications to supervisor or credit committee as necessary for approval.

Receptionist (Montego Bay)

JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent will handle the flow of people through the business and will also be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization. All responsibilities will require high levels of accuracy, must be delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve visitors by pleasantly greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Directs visitor telephone calls and queries efficiently and completely
  • Provide copies of relevant documents to customers and staff as requested.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
